To those who have ridden with him and those who have seen him ride. He goes way beyond most others in the sport. He makes you think you can do anything (then you try it and remember he's got some serious skills) Define:Legend - "Any person of extraordinary accomplishment".
Joe has made a name for himself - broke out on the scene and took charge of his future in freeride. Define:Friend - "A person you know well and regard with affection and trust"
Joe is an approachable, outgoing person who'll drop what he's doing to help anyone out. He's got a heart the size of texas, a gentle soul, and always pitches in no matter what. He's there for you. ...And we are all there for him too. |  |

Joey has completed a few months of therapy and is home for the holidays. He has made impressive gains cognitivly, unfortunatly his vision is still severly impaired and likely will not improve. I am still seeking the Fox News San Diego interview, it will be of great value.

Dear Friends of JK,
Joe had his Crainioplasty August 6, no complications. The procedure allowed him to lose the helmet, which makes life easier for everyone. Joe is blind and likely will not regain vision, we just do not know for sure. |
